The pricing for registration includes the New Member Orientation, Welcome Cocktail Party, Gala Dinner, and 3 days of our General Sessions with 1-1 meetings in the main ballroom.
Lunch is included on March 28, 29, & 30 with the Conference Package. The Conference Package does not include hotel room accommodations or travel. Breakfast included in the room rate.

$920 First Attendee:
Includes Meeting Room Access, Lunches on Session Days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner.

$890 Additional Attendees:
Includes Meeting Room Access, Lunches on Session Days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner.

$225 Spouse/Guest Fee:
Grants access to Welcome Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner, but not Lunches or Meeting Room.

Hotel Reservations

After you submit your registration, you’ll be able to book your hotel room using a devoted booking portal for members of our event at our discounted rate. The discounted room rate for attendees of our event: $159 USD Per Night. In addition to the room rate, there is a 10% tax, a $2 per day mandatory housekeeping gratuity, and a $4 roundtrip porterage charge (flat fee). This is per the local union and Panamanian law.

We've secured a block of rooms with the hotel to ensure there are rooms available for as many people as possible. However, it’s possible that attendance will exceed our expectations and rooms will be filled. As a result, we strongly advise that you get registered and book your room now to assure you’ll get a room at the discounted rate. Please do not delay, register now.

We strongly advise against looking for less expensive deals at other properties, and strongly recommend staying at the JW Marriott. We’ve been guaranteed the lowest rate for our dates, and must fill a room commitment to the hotel with bookings made using our devoted link. What we find at these events is that all attendees remain at the hotel property after the events of the day and continue to socialize and spend time together. This is truly when some of the best networking gets done, when everyone is more casual, relaxed, and less formal. This is a huge benefit that you miss out on that’s not worth the small difference in price. Also, the added cost of commuting back and forth from another hotel adds up.
