We have secured a discounted rate at the hotel for attendees of our event which you will be able to access after submitting your registration for our event. We strongly advise against looking for less expensive deals at other properties and recommend staying at the meeting venue. See FAQ for more information.
VISA Information
Indonesia strictly enforces its immigration and visa requirements. Foreign travelers have been detained in immigration detention centers for visa violations or overstays. Those in violation may be subject to substantial fines and deportation.
A round-trip or onward airline ticket is required to obtain all types of visas.

- For 30+ days you need Visit Visa (Visa on Arrival) or B211A Visa.
- EU, AUS, NZ, UK, USA, RUS, IN, UKR, JAP, CH, CAN, etc
- 30 days valid, can be extended ONCE to a total of 60 days (extra cost)
- Purchase Online directly on immigration website
- Your country is not listed for Visit Visa (Visa on Arrival)
- And/or you want to stay longer than 60 days
